Current Practice and Background
Winston Duggan brings extensive experience in family law to Seeley Family Law Practice and additional expertise in juvenile and criminal law issues.
His legal degree (J.D.) is from Santa Clara University School of Law here in the Bay Area, awarded in 2014. Accomplishments at law school included a CALI Award for Excellence in Juvenile Court Law Seminar. He also served on both the school’s Journal of International Law and the Criminal Law Society.
As an undergraduate, he attended Marquette University in Wisconsin, finishing with a B.S. in Political Science emphasizing Law and also a Minor in Philosophy.
Before joining Seeley Family Law Practice, Winston worked at the Santa Clara County Alternate Defender’s Office on cases involving children. Additionally, he has helped the Northern California Innocence Project free inmates who were wrongly convicted.
