Stacey Hall

Background

Stacey Hall draws on her extensive family law experience to guide clients through all phases of the divorce process, from initial consultation to settlement and/or trial. She is well versed in complex marital property issues involving venture capital, hedge funds and other sophisticated business interests and is skilled in various dispute resolution processes from negotiated settlements to litigation. She also frequently acts as a consulting attorney to clients participating in mediation. Ms. Hall has a practical, compassionate approach and works closely with her clients to determine the most effective and efficient path to resolution.

Ms. Hall has practiced family law since 2009. Prior to that, she was a real estate and corporate associate in the Los Angeles office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. She also served as a judicial extern at the San Francisco Unified Family Court for Judges Patrick J. Mahoney and Donald J. Sullivan.

Other Distinctions

Ms. Hall served as the Co-Chair of the Family Law Section of the San Mateo County Bar Association in 2013 and as the Chair in 2014. She has volunteered as a pro bono family law attorney through Bay Area Legal Aid and the (former) Bar Association of San Francisco Volunteer Legal Services Program. In 2009, she received the State Bar of California’s Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services for her work with the Alliance for Children’s Rights and the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Domestic Violence Project. Ms. Hall is licensed to practice law in California and Colorado.
